Texas born, Gale has a deep love for longhorns, yellow roses, and blue bonnets. While much of her childhood was spent in Belem, Brazil, the south will always be in her blood. She says there are many beautiful places, but the Dallas Skyline will always hold a special spot in her heart.
Thinking back, she was always a little particular about organization. If an item didn’t have a place, she didn’t need it. While friends hung out or tackled a favorite hobby in an effort to decompress, Gale preferred to weed a garden or organize a closet. “There is something so satisfying about putting everything in its place and then getting rid of the excess.” Gale got her first taste of business life in college while taking office administrative classes. They just seem to come naturally. That’s where she was introduced to computer coding and marketing. She would put that on the back burner for a decade before accepting a position as an assistant to a website developer where she was encouraged to expand her office, business, and coding knowledge. Gale has further developed her skill set while with Magellan Architects. She has enjoyed tackling the task that have come her way as a result of being involved in the start of a new office. It’s been challenging, but incredibly rewarding at the same time. Gale enjoys spending her free time reading, painting, or chasing her three young daughters. The most important thing to her is living life on her own terms. “It’s a crazy life, but it’s mine. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”
